Once you are AMDRAS accredited with a registered RMAB, you will be listed on the Dispoute Resolution Accreditation Standards Board National Register. You will then be able to promote yourself as a AMDRAS accredited mediator, and the public will be able to verify your accreditation by referring to the National Register.

  • Understand how mental health problems, like depression, anxiety, psychosis, substance use problems, and eating disorders, are developed
  • Detect and differentiate mental health crises, such as suicidal thoughts and behaviours, non-suicidal self-injury, traumatic events, and panic attacks, among others
  • Understand risk factors and appropriate evidence-based treatments and supports

The key to better mental health outcomes is early recognition of issues and a safe and supportive workplace.

This is a Mental Health First Aid Australia approved course. The eLearning component of this course is supported by legalsuper.
