Property Law (QLD) Update: Lunch and Learn

Date & time: 25 February 2026, 1pm to 2pm AEDT

The new Property Law Act 2023 (Qld) represents the most significant overhaul of Queensland’s property law in more than half a century. It came into effect in 2025 where these reforms reshaped how practitioners handle conveyancing, leases, disclosure obligations, and client advice.

Staying ahead of these developments is essential to ensure compliance and provide accurate, timely guidance to clients navigating an increasingly complex landscape.

In this practical lunch and learn series, you will learn:

  • Key legislative and regulatory changes in property law.
  • Recent cases influencing conveyancing and property practice.
  • Current risks and compliance issues in transactions.
  • Practical strategies to manage clients and reduce risk.

At the end of this live webinar, you will earn 1 CPD point.
