I had the good fortune of attending Grant's leadership program in Singapore for my professional development. It was very comprehensive and insightful. His strategies have improved my productivity. I recommend him to all legal professionals looking to be a better version of themselves!
Before the workshop, I found difficulty in managing many tasks at once and trying to please everyone at the same time. Grant taught me how to focus myself, organise my time and how to work more efficiently. I put his advice into practice and instantly saw a difference in how I felt at work. For any young lawyers, I highly recommend attending Grant’s workshops.
I attended Grant's Essential Leadership Skills for Young Legal Professionals at Singapore Academy of Law and found his breakdown of the commonly found traits, and skills required, to be highly insightful and practical. The shift from techniques to cognitive focus was both profound and compelling!
